Registration fees include pre-meeting workshops, attendance at the 3 day meeting, welcome reception, refreshment breaks, lunches, meeting materials.

* Accompanying person registration includes welcome reception, refreshment breaks, lunches

** Registration to the intensive course for Industry gives access to the pre-workshop session on Monday 26 June (Stereotactic and Functionnal Neurosurgery workshop for Industry) only.

* Kindly note that registation fees to the Congress do not include entrance ticket to the Dinner, you will need to purchase your ticket separately. You can connect to your account at all times and pursue additional services - all registrations do not require to be done in one time.

C / CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation should be made in writing by e-mail or fax.
A 50% refund is available for cancellations received before 24th May, 2017
After this date no refund will be possible

Please note that registration can only be accepted and confirm upon receipt of the complete On-line registration and receipt of full payment. As soon as the Administrative Secretariat has received your payment, a letter of confirmation will be e-mailed to you. You will also have full access to your myCongressOnline account to manage your registration.
With the use of the On-line Registration or Fax Registration Form and the offers contained therein users understand that their voluntarily transmitted personal details will be stored and processed in accordance with the most recent French Legislation on Data Protection (CNIL).
